36 pieces of embroidery were worked for this wonderful book. Some of the projects were embroidered twice, once using the traditional punchneedle embroidery acrylic yarn which is widely available in America and as well, in 6- stranded embroidery cotton. The use of two different threads for the projects demonstrates the versatilty of the punchneedle embroidery technique.
A variety of other threads were used as well.

How I came to write these books....
My books have come about as a result of meeting hundreds of women who tell me that they have bought punchneedles and have had them for years but don't know how to use them. I am passionate about my punchneedle embroidery and love the effect which is achieved from this needle-art. I want to share what I have learnt, so I have gathered together information and designs into three books which detail how you, too, can embrace punchneedle embroidery. The first book which I wrote "Punchneedle Embroidery" is now out of print.
The three books include valuable information on the use and various techniques which can be achieved with punchneedles. Each book has many beautifully photographed projects together with patterns and detailed instructions.
From my experience and having spoken to thousands of punchneedle enthusiasts, owning and using a book on the topic of punchneedle embroidery has led them to a wonderland of exciting, textural embroidery.
